Ideal's Synthetic Pro Lube can be shipped via UPS Ground if needed. It can also be shipped via an Ideal truck to store.
When you get a complaint about Pro Lube, please start asking the customer for the Lot # off the can or box. The “Box” is a case of 12 cans so most likely they will be supplying the # off of the can.
